2013 New Beginnings Scholarship

For the third consecutive year, we will be awarding the New Beginning Scholarship to a first generation college student graduating from Stuttgart High School!   If one or both parents attended college but did not complete a degree, then you are still eligible for the scholarship. This scholarship's purpose is to offer a unique opportunity to invest in the future of our students.

Once applications are completed, a non-biased committee will review each scholarship application and select the recipients before May. We will hand out one $500 scholarship to assist with college tuition in the first semester of freshman year.

The scholarship application is an online survey and can be accessed at the link below. The answers to your survey will be sent directly to my email and kept completely confidential. The final day to complete the scholarship will be April 26, 2013. The announcement of the scholarship recipients will be on May 3, 2013 at the Stuttgart High School Awards Ceremony.  Please email me with any questions that you may have (k10glover@gmail.com).
